The mission of the Osu Children's Library Fund is to work in partnership with local authorities and communities to develop a network of libraries, primarily in Ghana, which promote reading for children and literacy for adults. This program was founded by Kathy Knowles in the 1980’s and is financially supported, in part, by our Rotary Club of Winnipeg and the Kinston, North Carolina Rotary Club.
