INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid needless delays.
1. Please complete on-line registration (Part A) with all required email addresses & names, and submit to start the registration process.
2. As soon as participating
students have been identified, please print out and complete Part
B, (requires Adobe Acrobat, available for a free download
from Adobe.com)
including the waiver form with all
signatures, and mail with fee payment to:

Winnipeg, MB R3C 3J3
Each student must have a signed waiver form to be able to participate.
3. In the third week of January, or when the fee has been received (whichever is later), participants will be assigned a country to represent and advised of their speaking commitments.
4. The resolutions will be posted to the website in early January.
