Walk With the Earth – Winnipeg is BACK! We’re excited to announce that the Winnipeg Walk With the Earth has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 26! Walk With the Earth is a youth-led initiative bringing Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth and community members together to connect with the land, promote environmental stewardship, and put Truth and Reconciliation into action. The event also raises funds to support HIP’s Youth-to-Youth program and the next generation of young leaders. The walk will lead us through the Assiniboine Forest where we will connect with Mother Earth through mindfulness and appreciation. We’d love to see as many people as possible come out, walk with us, and help spread the word! Bring your friends, family, and community, and join us on September 26 for a meaningful day of connection, learning, and walking with purpose. Come walk with us, share the event, and help us make Winnipeg’s Walk With the Earth a success!
